My work has spanned individual coaching, team development, and organization-wide initiatives focused on wellbeing, culture, and performance.
Across my career, I have been drawn to the intersection of activating human potential and optimizing organizational systems — how people experience work, how cultures shape behavior, and how alignment (or misalignment) influences outcomes.

I’m an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and former US Air Force Officer with deep experience supporting well-being, culture, leadership development, and organizational clarity across sectors, including government, technology, services, nonprofits, and small businesses.
I hold a:

Master of Business Administration
B.S. Astronautical Engineering - U.S. Air Force Academy
